Welcome to Hadfield
Hadfield is a beautiful neighborhood of 110 homes situated in the city of Roswell in northwestern Fulton County, Georgia - where Fulton, Cobb, and Cherokee counties intersect.
Hadfield is off of Highway 92 equidistant between GA Highway 400 and Interstate 575. Hadfield is a true swim and tennis neighborhood
- the tennis courts were completely re-built in 2006, and the pool/clubhouse area received new paint and a new retaining wall.
The City of Roswell is an award-winning, historic city with outstanding parks and recreation activities only minutes away.

Schools
Children in Hadfield attend Mountain Park Elementary School, a multiple award-winning school (2003 NCLB Blue Ribbon School and 2001 Georgia School of Excellence), conveniently located a half-mile from Hadfield;
Crabapple Middle School (2003 Georgia Lighthouse School to Watch for excellence); and
Roswell High School, which, in addition to high academic standards, just captured the 2006 Georgia 5A football title.
Shopping & Dining
Residents can find just about anything within three miles, including a Super Target, Publix, Kroger, Trader Joe's, Home Depot, Kohl's, Stein Mart, TJ Maxx, Staples, Starbucks, DVD rentals, and most major banks.

Tennis Courts Ready For Action
The
new
tennis courts are complete and ready for play. Beginning in February,
the old
courts were dug up and hauled away. The area was re-graded and
entirely new
sub-surface and surface were laid down and painted blue and green. In
addition, new
nets and fences have been installed.
A coded lock has been installed to prevent vandalism. Contact Theresa
Birchett for the combination @770-645-9068).
Final landscaping around
the courts, including the installation of sod and some shrubs and
bushes, will be done soon. .
Please, no bikes or skateboards on the tennis courts! Lets keep them
looking new for a long time.
We now have a new picnic table under the pergala
at the top of the stairs on the way to the tennis courts.

Improving or Changing Your House or Yard?
As
a quick reminder, please
remember that the Hadfield
covenants require that any changes to your house or yard- new
construction, paint colors, or landscaping - be
brought
before the Architectural Control
Committee for prior approval.
Please include the ACC
early in your decision making process. The goal is to
ensure the quality and consistency of the aesthetics of the
neighborhood. The ACC committee understands this is
an extra step and will strive to make it as easy as
possible for you - they might even come up with some
good suggestions, based on their prior experiences.
Questions? Unsure of how to proceed?
